What to expect at move-in:
Your first month’s rent is prorated to your move-in date, and there’s a one-time $10 admin fee. After that, rent is month-to-month. All tenants are required to carry storage insurance — we offer coverage starting at $9/month for $2,000 of protection, or you can provide proof of your own policy.
If you reserve online, please make your first visit during office hours so we can hand off your key, walk you to your unit, and complete any paperwork.
